Game Rules

Welcome to Pulse Infinity Airways, a virtual airline experience within Roblox. To ensure a fun and safe environment for all players, we ask that you follow these Game Rules during your time with us. These rules apply to all flights, events, and activities within the game, as well as any related platforms (e.g., Discord, forums).

By joining Pulse Infinity Airways and participating in our events or flights, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in disciplinary actions, including warnings, removal from a session, or permanent bans from the game and community.

1. General Conduct

• Respect Others: Treat all passengers, staff, and community members with respect. Harassment, bullying, discriminatory language, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated.

• Follow Staff Instructions: During flights and events, staff (including pilots, flight attendants, and other crew members) are in charge. Please follow their instructions promptly and without argument.

• No Inappropriate Behavior: Any form of trolling, griefing, or inappropriate conduct is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, making inappropriate comments, using offensive language, or engaging in disruptive behavior.

• No Cheating or Exploiting: The use of hacks, cheats, scripts, or any form of exploit is not allowed under any circumstances. Any attempt to manipulate the game or gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate removal from the session and a potential permanent ban.

• No Spamming: Avoid spamming the chat or using excessive emojis or messages that disrupt the gameplay experience for others.

• Stay in Your Role: During events and flights, passengers are expected to stay in their designated roles. Do not attempt to act as a crew member, pilot, or staff member unless officially assigned to those roles.

2. In-Flight Behavior

• Follow Role Assignments: If you have been assigned a role (such as a passenger, flight attendant, or security), you must perform only the duties assigned to that role. Do not interfere with the tasks of other roles.

• Stay Seated During Flight: For your safety and the smooth operation of the flight, remain seated during takeoff, landing, and any time the seatbelt sign is on. Passengers may move about the cabin during designated times when it is safe to do so.

• Respect the In-Flight Experience: Our goal is to provide an immersive and enjoyable flight experience for all passengers. Please refrain from disruptive actions, such as running around the cabin, using inappropriate animations, or causing chaos.

• Sky Lounge Access: Only First Class and Investor Class passengers are allowed access to the Sky Lounge during flights. Do not attempt to enter restricted areas unless you have the proper ticket or role.

3. Attending Events and Flights

• Arrive on Time: Make sure you arrive on time for scheduled flights and events. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the session.

• Check-In Procedure: Ensure that you follow the check-in process as outlined by the staff. This may include verifying your ticket or checking your in-game role. Failure to properly check in may result in removal from the flight.

• No AFK (Away from Keyboard): Do not go AFK during critical parts of the flight, such as takeoff, landing, or emergency procedures. If you are found to be AFK during important moments, you may be removed from the session.

4. Roleplay Guidelines

• Stay in Character: Pulse Infinity Airways is a role-playing environment. Players are expected to stay in character throughout the flight, whether as passengers or crew members.

• No Out-of-Character Chat: Keep any out-of-character (OOC) conversations or discussions out of the in-flight chat. Use designated channels for any OOC interactions.

• Respect the Roleplay: Be mindful of other players' experiences. Do not interrupt, ruin, or spoil roleplay scenarios for others.

5. Ticketing and Premium Classes

• Ticket Purchases: If you have purchased a premium ticket (e.g., First Class, Investor Class), you are entitled to specific perks, such as priority boarding, Sky Lounge access, and enhanced services. Ensure that you have the correct ticket before boarding.

• No Refunds: As per our No Refund Policy, once you have purchased a ticket, it is non-refundable. Even if you miss the flight or are removed for violating the rules, refunds will not be provided.

• Ticket Scamming: Attempting to sell or transfer in-game tickets, roles, or perks without approval is prohibited. This includes any attempt to trade tickets for Robux, real money, or other items.

6. Emergency Situations

• Remain Calm: If an in-flight emergency occurs (whether role-played or due to game mechanics), follow all staff instructions and remain calm.

• No Interference: Do not interfere with crew members or emergency procedures. Attempting to hijack the situation, troll, or cause confusion will lead to immediate removal.

• Report Exploits: If you notice someone exploiting the game, hacking, or attempting to manipulate the session, report them immediately to staff members or use the in-game report system.

7. Discord and Game Integration

• Discord Verification: Ensure that your Discord account is linked to your Roblox account if required. This may be necessary for event participation, role assignment, or special perks within the game.

• Discord Rules Apply: All rules from our Discord Server are also applicable in-game. Any behavior that would be considered a violation in Discord (e.g., harassment, inappropriate content) will also be enforced within the game.

8. Staff Rules

• Respect the Chain of Command: Staff members, including pilots, flight attendants, ground crew, and moderators, are to be respected at all times. Their role is to ensure the smooth operation of the flight and the safety of all passengers.

• Staff Decisions are Final: If a staff member makes a decision regarding your participation in the game (e.g., removal from the flight), respect their decision. If you disagree, you may appeal through the proper channels (e.g., open a ticket in Discord).

• Abuse of Power: Any abuse of power by staff members, including favoritism or unjustified removal of players, should be reported immediately to a higher-ranking staff member or admin.

9. Penalties and Enforcement

• Warnings: Minor rule violations may result in verbal or written warnings from staff. Continued violations after a warning will escalate the penalty.

• Kicks and Removals: For more serious rule violations, you may be kicked or removed from the current flight or event without warning.

• Temporary Suspensions: Repeated rule violations or severe misconduct may result in a temporary suspension from Pulse Infinity Airways. During this time, you will be unable to participate in events or flights.

• Permanent Bans: In extreme cases, such as hacking, exploiting, harassment, or repeated serious violations, your account may be permanently banned from Pulse Infinity Airways and its affiliated communities.

10. Reporting Violations

If you witness any violations of these rules or encounter disruptive players, please report the incident to our staff using the in-game report tool or by contacting us through the Discord server.
