Welcome to Pulse Infinity Airways, a virtual airline on the Roblox platform and community on Discord. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our online services, community interactions, and game experiences. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with these terms or any part of them, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

1. Introduction

Pulse Infinity Airways (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") is a virtual airline operating within the Roblox platform, providing players with interactive gaming experiences, virtual flights, events, and a community space on Discord. Our Terms apply to all users, members, visitors, and participants ("you" or "users"). These terms apply to all forms of content, interactions, and services provided through our website, Discord server, Roblox game, and other associated platforms.

By continuing to use our services, you are agreeing to the following:

• Roblox Terms of Use and Rules of Conduct

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

2.1 Eligibility

To use Pulse Infinity Airways services, including participating in events and flights within Roblox and interacting in our Discord community, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age, in compliance with Discord and Roblox age requirements.

• Have parental or legal guardian consent if you are between 13 and 18 years old.

• Adhere to all Roblox and Discord guidelines, as well as our specific rules listed in our Discord server and game.

If you fail to meet these requirements or if you are found violating these terms, your access to our services may be terminated immediately.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Roblox, Discord, and other associated accounts secure. We strongly encourage you to use strong passwords, enable two-factor authentication, and avoid sharing your account credentials with anyone. We will never ask for your password or sensitive information. Pulse Infinity Airways will not be held liable for any unauthorized access or account misuse resulting from a security lapse on your part.

3. Virtual Goods, No Refund Policy, and Transactions

3.1 Virtual Goods

Pulse Infinity Airways offers various virtual items and services for purchase within the Roblox platform, including, but not limited to:

• First-Class tickets

• Special in-game perks and access

• Exclusive content (e.g., in-flight lounges, skins, or customizations)

These virtual goods are non-tangible and have no real-world monetary value. The purchase of virtual items is a one-time transaction, granting you a limited, revocable license to access those items.

3.2 No Refund Policy

All sales of virtual goods, premium passes, or other paid content are FINAL. Pulse Infinity Airways operates under a no-refund policy. This means:

• Once a transaction is completed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances, including for virtual items, Roblox passes, or premium features.

• Refunds will not be provided for unused or partially used virtual goods, regardless of the reason for non-use (e.g., server issues, game downtimes, or personal decisions).

• If a purchased service is discontinued or altered for any reason, you agree that no refund or compensation will be given.

We reserve the right to make changes to our virtual goods or services at any time. Continued use of our platform following such changes indicates your acceptance of any alterations or updates to those services.

3.3 Payment Methods

All transactions must be made using valid and approved payment methods within the Roblox platform. These transactions are subject to Roblox's own policies and terms of service. Pulse Infinity Airways does not process payments directly.

3.4 Chargebacks and Unauthorized Payments

Attempting a chargeback, refund, or cancellation of payment for any virtual items or services purchased within Pulse Infinity Airways may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to our services. Any chargebacks or disputes will be investigated, and unauthorized payment attempts may lead to a permanent ban from our services.

4. Code of Conduct and Community Guidelines

4.1 General Conduct

As a member of the Pulse Infinity Airways community, you are expected to follow our community guidelines, Roblox’s Code of Conduct, and Discord’s Community Guidelines. Any violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent expulsion from our game and community.

• Respect others: Harassment, bullying, discriminatory language, and inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited.

• No cheating or exploiting: The use of unauthorized third-party software, game exploits, or hacking tools is forbidden and may result in permanent suspension.

• Keep it appropriate: Our community caters to a diverse group of players, including younger audiences. As such, explicit or inappropriate content is not allowed.

4.2 Game-Specific Rules

When participating in Pulse Infinity Airways events, flights, or any other in-game activity, you must follow all posted rules in the game lobby or event descriptions. This includes:

• Obeying instructions from in-game staff and flight crew.

• Respecting role assignments and boundaries.

• Avoiding disruptive behavior that affects others' experience.

• Refraining from glitching, exploiting, or attempting to manipulate the game environment unfairly.

Violation of game-specific rules may result in removal from the current session, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

4.3 Discord-Specific Rules

Our Discord community is an essential part of the Pulse Infinity Airways experience. The following additional rules apply specifically to our Discord server:

• No NSFW content, spamming, or irrelevant advertisements.

• Use appropriate channels for discussions (e.g., keep off-topic discussions in off-topic channels).

• Respect moderators and staff decisions. If you disagree with a decision, address it respectfully through the appropriate channel (e.g., a support ticket).

5. Termination and Account Suspension

Pulse Infinity Airways reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to our services, including our Roblox game or Discord server, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms outlined in this agreement.

• Failure to adhere to Roblox or Discord’s respective rules.

• Engaging in behavior that we deem harmful to the community, including harassment, cheating, or fraud.

• Failure to respect the no-refund policy after attempting a chargeback.

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts without prior warning. In the case of a suspension or termination, you will lose access to all purchased virtual items, premium passes, and community privileges. No refunds or compensations will be provided for lost content in such circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property and User Content

6.1 Pulse Infinity Airways Property

All content, branding, logos, in-game assets, and materials related to Pulse Infinity Airways are the intellectual property of Pulse Infinity Airways and its creators. You may not use, reproduce, or redistribute our content without explicit permission from us.

6.2 User-Generated Content

By posting or sharing content in our Discord server or Roblox game, you grant us the right to use, display, modify, and distribute your content as part of Pulse Infinity Airways. We may use this content for marketing, promotional purposes, or in-game displays, and you retain no ownership rights over such submissions.

You must ensure that any content you post does not violate the intellectual property rights of others. If we determine that your content infringes on others' rights, we may remove it and take action against your account.

7. Updates and Modifications to These Terms

Pulse Infinity Airways reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes may reflect modifications in services, game rules, or legal obligations. We will notify you of any significant changes either through an in-game announcement or Discord server update.

Your continued use of our services following the changes to these Terms signifies your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updates to these terms, you must discontinue your use of our services immediately.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Pulse Infinity Airways collects certain information in order to provide a seamless experience across our platforms. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described below:

• Information we collect: Personal identifiers, such as your Roblox username, Discord tag, and any other personal information voluntarily submitted (e.g., during applications or ticket requests).
